Is The Reserve a kosher bakery and pastry shop?
Yes. The Reserve is a kosher halavi bakery and pastry shop under the supervision of the Beth-Din de Paris. All our products are homemade in our own workshop.
What does "kosher halavi" mean?
"Halavi" (dairy) means our recipes may contain milk and dairy products, but never meat. It is one of the categories of kosher law, certified here by the Beth-Din de Paris.
Where are The Reserve shops located?
We have three shops: Paris 16th (31 avenue Raymond Poincaré, a short walk from the Trocadéro), Boulogne-Billancourt (2 rue des Abondances) and Levallois-Perret (1 place du 11 Novembre 1918).
What are your opening hours? Are you open on Sundays?
Our shops are open Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 7pm and Friday from 8am to 4pm. They are closed on Saturday (Shabbat). Up-to-date hours for each shop are on the Stores page.
What products do you offer?
Artisanal sourdough breads, fresh viennoiseries every morning, challah, signature entremets, Paris-Brest, tarts, cheesecakes, a savoury range (bagels, focaccias), halavi cheeses and birthday cakes. Everything is homemade.
Can I order a custom cake (birthday, wedding, bar mitzvah)?
Yes. We create birthday cakes and custom pieces for your events: weddings, bar mitzvahs, corporate events and more. Place your request online on the Reservations page, in one of our shops or by phone.
Do you offer catering for events?
Yes, The Reserve caters your events with a kosher halavi catering service (sweet and savoury buffets, platters, cocktail pieces). Contact us via the Reservations page or at servicetraiteur@thereserveparis.fr.
How do I order or make a reservation?
